Kristal, I was listening to Astrix. Don't know which song.. Yeah the hoop is awesome, my friend Andria made it and gave it to me just a week ago -- the colors are so pretty :) It's also collapsible, it goes to four parts.
That is the kind of cooking show I would watch all of the time!! <3 Oh, and if you didn't know. You can save all of your veggie scraps in old yogurt containers in the fridge and then cook them all in a crockpot for about 8 hours. Strain the scraps from the juice and- wahlah- you have homemade, nutricious veg broth to use in any recipe!!

Shekinah, I usually use cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric and salt of course. Simple as that :)
Thanks, I'll have to try that. I usually put the same 4 spices in everything.. hehe. Time to switch it up a bit ;)
